Regulation & Status
Your Life Solutions Ltd. is authorised and regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority: FCA Number 554207.
We will speak with a range of Insurance providers in the UK market to identify who will be able to offer the most appropriate cover at competitive rates based on your situation.
We are able to offer advice and recommendations on the most suitable products in the UK Protection market. We advise all relevant documentation (including Illustrations & Policy Summaries) be read once quotes are provided to ensure the recommended products are suitable for your needs.

We are happy to offer a review service on an ongoing basis for any and all products we arrange and may contact you in future by phone or email to discuss this if we believe that better or more competitive product becomes available. If you would like to review your policy at any point, please contact us and we will look into this for you free of charge.
We ask that all information provided to us is accurate & honest, as any misrepresentation may cause issues processing applications and may invalidate your policy. Ultimately this could lead to all or part of your claim being refused. If you are unsure if a fact is material, you must disclose it anyway.
Payment For Services
We do not charge customers a fee for using our service.
Insurance companies pay us a commission for arranging your policy. Details of the payable commission will be sent to you by the insurer on acceptance of the policy. Details of the commission we receive is available on request.
Receiving Client Money
Your Life Solutions Ltd. is not permitted to handle client money. We are unable to accept any client funds, unless in relation to a direct invoice we have issued.
Right To Withdraw
You are able to cancel any policy issued by Your Life Solutions Ltd. at any time without charge (unless otherwise stipulated). If a policy is cancelled within the “cooling off period” (usually 30 days from commencement) any premiums paid will be refunded. If a policy is cancelled after this point, any payments made will be lost.
We are now required under money laundering regulations to obtain proof of your identity. By submitting an application, you are authorising us to run a search with a reference agency in order to verify your identity. The agency will likely check the supplied details on a database (public or otherwise) to which they have access. These details may also be used to assist other companies for verification purposes in the future. You may be required in some situations to provide additional proof of your identity. Records of such searches will be retained.
When transacting business on your behalf, some sensitive and basic information will be requested. You agree that this information can be held by Your Life Solutions Ltd. to aid in arranging current and future product needs. All information will be held securely and will be passed on to relevant third parties electronically, and in some cases in paper form, in order to transact products on your behalf. This information will be held on record and we (or a relevant third party) may contact you in the future in relation to products or services which may be considered relevant.
Details of the Your Life Solutions Ltd. complaints procedure are available upon request. If you have a complaint about the company or a service it has provided to you, please direct this to our complaints officer at our registered address. We will deal with your complaint in a fair and objective manner. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service.
